Mary Kolder brings a diverse and dynamic background to the Kolder Law Firm, PLLC. With a foundation in both accounting and law, she delivers comprehensive legal services to her clients, whether in litigation, compliance consulting, or contract drafting.
Mary has handled cases in both state and federal courts, including federal jury trial work. In consulting and transactional work, she partners with professionals and business owners to protect her clients’ interests.
Her professional experience includes working at a commercial transaction and litigation firm in Tyler, where she collaborated with lead counsel on complex commercial litigation and transactions.
Mary graduated first in her class from LSU with a Bachelor’s in Accounting while simultaneously working for the Louisiana Legislative Auditor's Office and assisting local businesses as an accountant. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in 2012, passing the CPA exam along the way.
Outside of the office, Mary enjoys playing tennis and spending time outdoors with her husband, Eric, and their four boys.
